Toe Pick

Last night Brian's work had a party for employee's and their families. It was at the Olympic Oval out in Kearns. I was so excited to hear they had skates small enough for Finley. They were the cutest little things I've seen. I wanted to take them home with me. I wasn't sure how Fin would like the skating but she LOVED it! Of course we held on to her but she would just giggle and say faster papa. We would take turns holding her and doing laps and then pushing her along. Towards the end we found this little walker that helps kids learn their balance on the ice. She was so into it, but keep in mind this was not a fast way to go. I'm pretty sure it took us at least half and hour to go half way around the track. The whole time we were skating all I could think of was the movie 'Cutting Edge' and how the big joke was 'Toe Pick' for stopping. It was so much fun and cute watching her expressions. After two hours of skating Fin was ready to go home and go to bed.

She looks like a little old lady with a walker. It's great!
