Three Steve's

You have to understand that my dad is somewhat 'idealized' in his neighborhood by all the little kids because of his dump-trucks and tractors. Right now he is doing a remodel job on a house down his street and the two little boys in the picture live there. My dad is a big teddy bear when it comes to kids, so of course he loves it when they ask if they can help drive the tractors and dump-trucks with him. Sometimes there's a line of kids waiting for him to show to the job sight so they can hang out with him. Well as it turns out, when asked what these little boys wanted to be for Halloween, they said 'Worker Steve.' What? So their mom bought two miniature crutches, had custom sweatshirts made that have the Kodiak America logo on them, made fake casts, and sprayed their hair a blondish grey. I couldn't believe it when I was told about this, but then the picture came and I couldn't help but giggle! They really did want to be 'Worker Steve' (which he is known by all the little kids now). I've always looked up to my dad and love the fact that others do to. I couldn't help but share this with all of you.
