Tolbert Christmas Party

Each year we have a big Tolbert Family Christmas party and Santa comes. This is was a fun year because Finley is somewhat understanding the idea of Santa. She knows he lives at the North Pole, he makes toys, and you have to be happy, helpful, and good, for him to bring you presents. We are also teaching her it's about giving and helping others. She was a big girl and when he asked her what she wanted she told him 'A Pin

k Camera that Works.' Well this particular Santa didn't bring that so we'll have to see if he does in 4 days. But don't fret, when she opened the present from him she asked us 'Where's a Pink Camera?' That child doesn't forget anything. She did however love the present he brought her. It is a fun little cleaning kit, and since she is my daug

hter, she came home and started 'cleaning' the house. Another tradition they have is to read the Nativity Story and have all the little kids dress up to match the parts. She was big enough to be a little angel this year. I love the holidays and look forward to the rest of the week!
