My three year old has found her independence and takes advantage of it whenever she can. Over the past few months she has become our little hippy. She doesn't like me to do her hair other then maybe a clip, all she wants to wear are skirts and dresses (even if I put pants on her, the moment we get home she runs to her room and puts on a skirt), and the biggest thing is she never wants to wear shoes. Oh I love her to pieces and can't help but giggle at her kookiness. Today she decided that she just wanted to wear her new cowboy hat, and chaps (she has boots, but of course those are shoes so no go). What can you do?

what a cutie. i can't believe how grown up she is. jude has been having the same found independence, but his involves only wearing shorts and white hanes t-shirts. it's quite the good look on him. lol
